Yeah, I figure if I keep describing it, maybe more people will make it. I love their food trucks. Okay, I like corn dogs and funnel cakes as something to enjoy once or twice a year at the fair. But it wouldn't compete with an elkburger (which I found here at a powwow) or a sandwich with sprouts or a maple za'atar chicken kebab.
