Self-Awareness Question: Boundaries

Folks have mentioned an interest in questions and conversations that make them think. So I've decided to offer more of those. This is the current list on self-awareness.
30. Are you good at establishing boundaries?
That's actually one of my superpowers: I'm a shield-witch. I knocked a loose pipe over the roof once. I've also occasionally knocked people across the room, with magic, who crossed a line.
EDIT 5/14/20: Responses indicate that some readers have little or no knowledge of setting boundaries. I should have thought of this earlier, but here are basic instructions now:
Personal boundaries include several types. They can be healthy or unhealthy, and healthy boundaries are semipermeable. Know how to establish and adjust your boundaries to keep people from bothering you.

Close relationships rely on letting your guard down, so you need to know when and how to lower your barriers. There are always ways of building trust in a relationship.
