Spring Planting

ysabetwordsmithMy order from Cold Stream Farm has arrived. :D The spring planting season is officially underway! Also I am pleased that at least one order arrived actually on time, fully dormant and ready to plant so the seedlings wake up in their new home.
Cold Stream Farm
1 Chokeberry (Aronia melanocarpa) planted 3/29/23
1 Witch-hazel (Hamamelis virginiana) planted 3/29/23
1 Persimmon (Diospyros virginiana) planted 3/29/23
1 Sassafras planted 3/30/23
1 Sugar Maple (Acer saccharum) planted 3/30/23
1 Sweet Gum (Liquidambar Styraciflua) planted 3/30/23
1 White Oak (Quercus alba) planted 3/29/23
So far, I have planted the witch hazel on the south side of the driveway.
